(November 1, 2019, 9:13 pm)Purchased a set of 18" tires from Jack Williams almost 3 years ago. I never get insurance plans or anything like that but for some reason, must have been feeling froggy, this time I did. The tires have been absolutely fantastic! We use that car for all our family road trips and they look like they can still get me through one more winter. I have had two separate instances a year apart where we had slow leaks in two different tires. Both had a puncture in the tread area and were able to be patched. JW took me in quick and patched them for free because they were covered under the insurance. I was in and out and back doing the family run around thing in a half hour this last time! Clutch!

It’s always a good day when your tires are in stock, and had no problem getting scheduled for the rest of the repairs. Estimated prices are always pretty accurate, and the technicians here are great to deal with. Thanks, guys!
