On this particular Friday night I spent my entire day looking for my phone, to the point of tears. I also needed to return a phone that needed to be repaired. Dustin fixed both my problems quickly and efficiently. It so warranted a hug. He located my phone, packaged up a phone to be repaired, and finished up his vacuuming all with professionalism and ease.
