I came in with an iPhone 3G... I know... that needed a SIM card for it to work. Michelle offered to try it to see if by any chance it would work and IT DID!! Now I can use it! Michelle was very patient and kind. It’s nice to see that even though you might sound crazy, (me) there’s people like her willing to help!! THANK YOU!!

I walked in today close to closing time. The store was busy and the staff acknowledged me as soon as I walked in. Oscar helped me find the right plan that worked best for me. He was very helpful and patient with me although I didn’t have all my information that was needed to activate my account. He never made me feel rushed and took his time helping me. Thanks Oscar!

One of the best experiences I have had with TMobile customer service experts. Oscar went beyond to build rapport. Ensure I had what I needed. Extremely satisfied with experience. The store was out of my first choice of upgrade but had my second. Oscar offered me the opportunity to save by ordering but I chose to make the purchase in store.
