(April 6, 2019, 1:35 pm)To simply describe Hearts and Minds as a Christian bookstore would be to do this unique institution a serious injustice. Mr. Borger is a wealth of knowledge and a connector of both people and ideas. The carefully curated selection of books is a testament to a broad minded and reverent approach to both the divine and the secular, indeed questioning the very validity of such a divide. Looking to avoid the "purveyor of all things that shall not be named"? There's really nothing that H&M cannot have for you in short order.
(February 28, 2019, 10:28 pm)This is a wonderful store packed with books and music of all kinds. I went there looking for Christian music and was surprised to find many other genres of music too, from rock to dance. They have deluxe/special editions for many artists and titles that I have never seen before. The selection of music is impressive. Some of the CDs were even on sale up to 50% off. There is also a listening station to sample the music before you buy it. Give this store a try for your music needs, Christian or not, if you are in the area.

Hearts and Minds has been a leader in the industry for decades. I am confident that you will walk out with your arms full of books, already more thoughtful than when you came in!
(January 2, 2019, 7:42 am)Such a great local Christian book store! This cozy shop is pack with commentaries, biographies, novels, poetry, Bibles, song books, and every other book you can think of. The staff is very helpful. Shopping local is the best!

Excellent selection of books, very helpful and dedicated staff, and a music selection that puts chain stores to shame (especially regarding the selection of alternative/indie bands).
