I am posting to set the media straight and also the disgruntled customer whom we did far more than any other garage would have done.
For one it’s hard to believe there are all these people who all of a sudden find fault in our service at the garage and only two of the names are in our customer base. And the two of course are related.
We allowed you to furnish your own parts we also did not charge for the diagnosis this last time I personally tore up your bill my husband took off more than half the labor and as far as the toggle and other items they were written on a note when the car was dropped off. How dare you slander our name. We work at least 80 hrs a week because we stay for the customer. Why would we treat our customers so poorly knowing without them we are nothing. My husband has been a tech at this garage for 39 yrs and for you to draw people in that we never even dealt with what’s so ever is wrong. We lost money doing your job but it was our choice. I hope you think about what you are posting.
