Compel Fitness

I worked with Compel trainers Jill Stone and Mitch Hoffmann for a little over a year. Wow. Not only are they crazy motivating, but they both did a stellar job of creating workouts for me that considered some knee and back issues I have had for quite some time. As a competitive wakesurfer, I began this season the strongest I’ve ever been and it is directly a result of working with Compel and their amazing certified trainers.

i haven't been in a gym in 20 years. When i walked in to meet Jill i sat down , waited a minute. When i looked up there was a very intimidating woman walking toward me. My brain was screaming "run away run away" then 2 seconds later she introduced herself and her amazing personality came through. She went over things and taught me a few things. She was very patient with my old overweight self when doing the excerises. Jill is friendly and motivating. Im looking forward to a long relationship on the path to a healthier life.

Jill was awesome, I'm not a machine person and the bodyweight workout that she put me through was fantastic. Can't wait to get started with my sessions with her.

This is a worthwhile experience! It is making me excited to begin my fitness journey they are so supportive and helpful! Highly recommend!!!
