“Dr. Michael Peck first met with me about a year ago. He was filling in for my MD of 14 years. Since I came under his care, I have almost been totally weaned off of opiates. He allowed me control of when I felt comfortable enough to reduce gradually. He explained to me that he got his marijuana cert just so he could understand the process, not to be a cannabis doctor. (He had not intended to have his name on the Medical Marijuana doctors list.) There are other docs that are certified for that specifically, so you might check them out. “Went to Dr Diehl in Gettysburg with back problem. He looked at my hands and elbows. Ordered an xray. A little bloodwork looking for a certain gene. I went back in for my results. He said I don't have the gene, but told me I had anyklosing spondylitis and I would have to give myself injections. Never explained really what it was. Told me injections was my only option. Went to get 2nd opinion with Dr Phillips in Hanover. Thank God! Did multiple tests...9 tubes of blood taken. Actually looked at my back and pressed to see where the pain was, (Dr Diehl never did) Talked with me for a good 20 minutes just asking my about my past medical problems and family history. Gave me a pamphlet of exercises I could do to alleviate the pain. (Dr. Diehl never did) Put me on a med (pill) and I am feeling amazing! Thank you Dr Phillips!!”
