I had never done Jiu Jitsu and was hooked from the first class. Dave, Greg and Tom are all awesome instructors. Them, and everyone at the studio make you feel welcome and encouraged to challenge yourself and grow as a student. Highly recommend this spot.

While I haven't visited this particular location, I can say that I have worked with Coach Tom and others there off and on for many years. Coach Tom is extremely personable, polite, funny and knowledgeable about the arts and has been training nearly as long as I have. Other coaches like Todd, Rosia and Eric are pretty solid as well and passionate about helping others.

A fun environment with instructors that have years of knlowledge and experience. Everyone is inviting and it’s fun. I’m only my second class in. I enjoy it and highly recommend it to anyone looking for fun, fitness and self defense. You won’t be disappointed.

With experienced and friendly instructors, this is a great place to train for beginners and black belts alike. The tuition is right and the family discounts are amazing. To top it off, the gym is located inside a 24 hour fitness gym so you can workout before or after class without leaving the gym (or parents can workout while their kids train!).
