“I have been attending classes at Body Rhythms Life Fitness for almost a year now and I cannot say enough good things about the business and the owners. I normally attend the Zumba classes on Monday/Wednesday evenings, but have also tried out Pound. They have a wide variety of classes (yoga, barre, etc). I prefer working in a group class setting so this place is perfect for me. I really enjoy the Zumba classes. It is just plain fun, but you also get a great work out. Their Zumba classes are structured as a "learn as you go". I was intimidated by this at first because I am used to Zumba classes that teach you eight count by eight count, but you can pick up on the steps pretty easily. There is a rhythm and pattern to them, plus the owners/instructors Melissa & Monica give hand signals as well. I really like that they add in new songs and routines often. They really stay relevant. Sometimes I'll hear a song and think "this just came out on the radio!" M&M are always encouraging and they inspire me to try to be better. I really don't have much rhythm at all, but it really doesn't matter and I like that. You don't feel embarrassed. There is a wide range of types of people (men and women, old and young, older adults and young adults) that attend the classes so you never feel awkward. Everyone is just there to have fun and because they love M&M so much. It's like a community at Body Rhythms. I would definitely recommend it to others.”
