Amy their service manager always makes the appointments for our bikes in a timely and efficient manner. I have also purchased all our riding gear, for myself, my wife, and our daughters at Action, and if they do not have exactly what I want, they are more than willing to order it and have it shipped to my home. I really like dealing with their parts associates when purchasing accessories and gear to assist me in getting the correct item the first time.
