  Friendly staff, excellent service. Was told I'd receive my glasses in a week and got them in less than a week. I highly recommend this place. My only issue was that GPS took me to the middle of a parking lot and the location was around back but besides that great experience

  They were very nice and gentle with me. There was a little bit of a wait but I got there early anyway so it was a pleasant experience. They gave me their honest opinion about the glasses, I have not gotten them back yet but that’s understandable seeing as glasses take a long time to manufacture and ship to the stores. They will be ready soon so I sure hope they let me see far away!

  The doctor was awesome.
  My prescription is correct.
  The check out staff was available and let me know they were available and they communicated with each other effectively to help me.
  Parking was difficult in the shopping center.
  They worked effectively with my insurance and they were very clear with what was extra charges and how my bill was being calculated.
