It is for anyone who is trying to learn self-defense, gain mental discipline, kids who want to learn the beautiful art, and anyone who wants a good workout. I worked out there in the past and absolutely loved it! The man in charge, Sensei Abel is one wonderful man. His kind words of encouragement and his knowledge of the art, is something that most do not have. I am very impressed with the people and give the establishment a two thumbs up!
