(August 22, 2019, 7:55 am)I came here to get my cell phone activated and after a couple of days talking with technical support the store is finally able to look up the reason why I couldn't activate my cell phone initially. But once everything was settled and corrected she successfully activated my cell phone on Sprint service. The best part is is that she was able to activate my esim from my pixel 3 which was awesome and my ultimate goal with Sprint. No other complaints as I felt like the attention was given where was needed and the store itself was very clean.

(December 29, 2018, 4:40 pm)Stopped on a Saturday for a new phone for my wife and it was surprisingly painless. In and out in 15 minutes. Gotta be happy with that! I'll report back if that changes.
(July 9, 2018, 10:21 pm)Sarah Wilt at the West Manchester store was excellent to work with. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. She was very patient when I needed to have things re-explained. She took her time, and didn’t rush me through the process. She was very organized and made sure I was able to take advantage of all money saving options (on line billing, etc.).I would highly recommend working with Sarah st the West Manchester location!
