(September 6, 2019, 11:59 am)I'm giving five stars only because I don't have the option to give 6. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Knowledgeable and professional. And moreover, very kind people. I am new to the York area and I am so happy that I so quickly found a place I can call my auto repair home. As long as I live in this area I can't see myself going anywhere else.

Suggested I take it to dealership for work potentially under warranty. Saved me $ by suggesting this! I appreciate their honesty and quality work. Definitely will continue to patronize Stouch's. Thanks again!

When I moved to York in 2017, I was worried about finding a mechanic I could rely on after having my uncle do work on my vehicles for my entire life. I was immediately blown away by their honesty and they are very reasonably priced. One night, I called the shop in a panic when my car wasn't starting at 7:30PM. I was going to leave a message for them to call me back to make an appointment first thing the next morning, but Phil, the owner, answered! He told me he liked to keep his work phone on and at least take calls at night. He chatted with me for 10-15 minutes about the issue i was having and what might be causing it. Again, absolutely blew me away with kindness! Then, they proceeded to fix the issue! I cannot recommend Stouch's Auto highly enough. They come through for me time and time again and I know they do for all of their customers.
