  Outstanding customer service. Knowledgeable staff willing to answer all questions. Willing to listen to driver and diagnosis the issue and not just read what the computer says. Shining example of what all service centers should strive for.

  Blew the water pump on my truck and showed up unannounced. Within 15 minutes my trailer was dropped and my truck was in the shop. Had to wait over night for parts so Rich (Branch manager) gave recommendations for hotels, and even dropped me off in his personal vehicle. Even made a pit stop at the Rutters for me. Jeremy in service was on top of letting me know what the status was on my truck, and his timeline was perfect. They sent someone to pick me up fro the hotel and had everything ready for me when I showed up. Excellent experience, treat you with respect and like you're a human being. Thank you to Rich, Jeremy, and the rest of the crew for getting me back on the road as quickly as possible. Highly recommend!!!
