I went with a friend to Shady Maple and had some of the best baked goods I've ever had. We walked around for a bit and checked out a few other shops. The staff were all polite and in general the building had a welcoming atmosphere.”

“We were driving south on I-83 and decided to stop for coffee. Was going to go to Starbucks but decided to drive into Shrewsbury to look at the old main Street shops and homes. To our delight, on a Sunday late afternoon, The Village Coffee was open! Adorable vibe, beautiful old construction converted into a great coffee shop and gift store from local artists and craftspeople. Very attractive and charming on 2 floors. Excellent service and coffee. Now I can't wait for warmer weather to try their house made decadent ice cream! Just a minute or two off of Harrisburg expressway. Worth the stop!”
