“I can't say enough about Ned that will capture how incredible he is. Our family met with him, all of us having different goals and needs, and he guided us both together and individually on the best way to start at Freedom Fitness. My daughter is 11 and has been wanting to go to the gym with me. Her and I went together the first time and we both left feeling good. Once we got into the car she told me that she felt amazing and that she wanted to go back every other day. As a parent this was great to hear. She was proud of herself and it showed. Nothing that she had done before ever gave her that much confidence. On top of that, she went home and made better food choices and I noticed she was drinking more water. To her this was so much more than just a workout. I can't thank Ned enough for showing me something I have never once before seen in my daughter. I try to workout regularly and I was craving more than I was getting with my current workouts. Ned had me do leg exercises to start since I had carpal tunnel surgery the week prior and he nailed it. His workout for me was simple yet challenging. I left and felt like I actually did something. My legs were a good sore. My husband went to train with Ned as well. He is fully recovered from a heart attack but due to recovery of the heart attack he lost a lot of muscle. Ned developed a workout for him to help strengthen those areas. Ned is great to work with and you can tell that he cares a lot about his clients and his business. He knows how to maximize workouts, encourage you, and work with every body. Not all bodies are the same and he knows how to create a plan for each individual need. He is amazing!”

I feel bad for the people who have had a bad experience with Dr. Twum, but for me, Ive had nothing but a great experience with her being my obgyn doctor! She might come off strong at first but she gets her job done in such a nice and friendly way. We even shared multiple laughs during my last visit! “This review is about the walking path/ walking trail around the YMCA. I haven't been inside yet... The paved trail goes around the parking lot and behind the building around a small meadow and by the athletic fields. Very nice place to walk. Not a lot of shade tho so I wouldn't recommend it for midday. The lighting is only on the parking lot side so plan to be there during daylight. The large loop is about .65mi around once and the parking lot loop is about .25mi.”

“I've gone here for more than 20 years. At the beginning I had no dental insurance, and was always charged a fair and reasonable price. Dr. Miller has gone from being the junior partner to the senior owner a few years ago. He cares about his patients, and has always been gentle and kind while working on my teeth. He has done extensive work on my front teeth gaps, and has helped me keep my wisdom teeth (which are hard to work on, being so far back.) My favorite hygienist there is Kelly, who is just as kind and gentle.”

“We just put my minpin down, due to an unexpected dog attack. Each and everyone of these staff members did everything they possibly could for her life. The doctors here are amazing. They just thought my Cali girl was the sweetest thing, she might have been a little sassy, but they all rooted for her. She was a priority because of her wounds and her severe condition. Even when they were busy they found a time to talk with me and explain everything. Even on the worst day, they made us feel very comfortable and accommodated us 100%. I recommend this animal Hospital to anyone in need of a good place to take their pet in need.”
