She mentioned when we talk to her for the 1st time that client service and client satisfaction is her USP and she was absolutely right. She made sure we get the balloons and everything of our choice. She came to check the venue few days in advance and gave us good suggestions. No matter how busy she is planning or working on other events but she always responds to you quickly. We forgot to bring the teddybears for the center piece when we went to check the venue. She drove again in the evening half way to collect it. As soon as we had details of the memorial we looked for flowers to send to let the family know we love them. The difficulty is we are in NC and had to look online AND have flowers at the church within 24 hours. I requested the arrangement online and really appreciate how simple it was. The arrangements are so beautiful and we wanted a local family owned business to handle this. Because of the distance and short time I called this morning at 10 am to be sure the order was received and spoke to the owner's granddaughter, Mary. There were several times that I sent her brand new ideas (after we had already come up with a proposal) and every time she found a way to incorporate the ideas.
