“I bought a beautiful cherry wall unit for my home office including book shelves, glass door cases, cabinets, desk, etc. from Lizell nearly 20 years ago - it still looks and works extremely well for me. Recently one of the drawers jammed so I took a shot and called to see if they could help. They no longer carried that line but after sending an image they said they would see what they could do - it took 24 hours and the drawer was repaired, good as new along with touching up any nicks and getting a polish all for a nominal fee. Incredible service after all of these years. Mike Walsh was great to work with, but Lou was the miracle worker - what an asset for Lizell. I highly recommend Lizell - but only if you want quality products and services and phenomenal support for decades.”

Returned in June and spoke with Scott and he was again very helpful and patient. Didn’t push us to buy anything, only offered helpful advice. We bought a sectional that day, came out cheaper than the tag price in store (and $200 cheaper than competitor sale price). We were given a time frame of around 2 weeks. Couch came into the store exactly in 2 weeks and he had it delivered the following day on time. Scott was clear and prompt with all my communication via calling/texting. The bad reviews had me a little worried but everything went so smoothly and we are happy with our purchase!”

Our new kitchen features a large pantry with pull out drawers, a new island with seating, and a more functional workspace that opens into the dinning room. John communicated with us throughout the entire process and suggested improvements we otherwise wouldn’t have considered.
