“Emily Pittenger is handling an accident that I was involved in this past October... It was a horrendous accident, where I was REAR-ENDED by a VERY LARGE COMMERCIAL TRUCK on Rt 202 North, at Matlack St in West Chester... I didn't know CICCARELLI LAW, so I simply GOOGLED 'accident attorney near me'...and this law firm popped up... Now let me say, we all know the 'pit-falls' of dealing with lawyers... for most reasons whatsoever... If you Google 'what is the LEAST TRUSTWORTHY profession', well we all know what profession is NUMERO UNO on the list... LAWYERS!!!!! So back to my case... So I'm rear-ended by this HUGE COMMERCIAL TRUCK...in the rear of my Kia Optima - now get ready for it - FIVE TIMES!!!!! I won't go into any other details now, except to tell you that THANK GOD 🙏 it was at about 10 miles per hour... If it had been at the posted speed limit of 55, I wouldn't be posting this review... So anyway, I called 911, and after maybe 20 minutes (yeah, right) a WC cop showed up... So the cop took an 'incident report', gave mea copy, and I drove home... So my wife suggested that I contact an attorney, and Ciccarelli Law it was. The first thing that Emily told me (btw, all of my communication with her is via email) was to go to the EMERGENCY ROOM and get X-RAYS and CT SCANS... And although I wasn't in any pain (subsequently read it takes about 48 hours to 'hit') I went to Chester County Hospital... And as anyone who has gone to a hospital emergency room in recent memory, you sit and wait.... And wait and.... well, for a 5 minute procedure, I sat for 8 hours 😩... Back to my case... It's now March 27th 2023, which is over 5 months since the accident... And, just about 3 weeks ago, I FINALLY met Emily and the law firm owner, LEE CICCARELLI... In the flesh... So why an I going on indefinitely about my case, just to let you know how comfortable I've become with Emily and Lee over all of these months... Emily has 'hooked' me up with the appropriate specialists, PHYSICAL THERAPY, NEUROLOGIST, PAIN MANAGEMENT SPECIALISTS, etc, etc... So Google review readers, although my case MAY settle before the end of 2023, SO FAR SO GOOD with CICCARELLI LAW... 😉🤞✌️👏🤜🤛🤝 (Oh, and BTW, one last thing..... I've been a big GOOGLE REVIEW person for YEARS!!! I've had my reviews read approximately 175,000 times!!! I've gives almost 10,000 reviews!!!! Why am I telling you all this??? Because at first, when communication from Emily was, well, somewhat lacking, I decided, rather than drop them, and go through the riga-ma-roll of 'auditioning' more law firms, to give them a ONE STAR ⭐ review... This, readers, had the desired effect... I got an email from Lee, and well, the rest is history... No, not to blow my own horn.... It's because, at my age, and retired, I believe that I can actually HELP people by providing reasonable, clear, helpful information.... That's what I do!!!! So, if you live in Chester County and need an attorney due to ANY reason relating to an accident, of any sort, do call CICCARELLI LAW, ask for LEE, and if course tell him I recommended you. That's all folks...”
