“just called them today. absolutely NO ISSUES and stellar service. the voice menu was simple, they tell you the projected wait time and give you the option to receive a call back. i did receive the call back within the 15 mins that they stated AND the representative was friendly, upbeat and cordial. she answered my question (s) within minutes of the call (with proper verification of course). honestly, one of the best phone systems and customer service experiences ive ever had! i have absolutely nothing negative to say. kudos!
