“Overall I like this place. They know what they are doing and if you are selling to a PA buyer, they can generate a permeant registration card right on the spot. No more silly temp tags taped to the back window. The reasons I did not give them five stars: One, they are on a busy street, which is bad if your buyer wants to trailer the car home, no place to park a trailer or flatbed for loading. Two, on one visit, they were not there at the stated hours on the door or web site, the buyer and I had to come back later. However this may well have been a one-off event, and I will use Kelly's Auto Tag Services again, if my buyer plans to drive the car, instead of putting it on a trailer.”
