“Staff helpful and never a problem with the film's. Picture and sounds quality always good. You pick and reserve your seats with a theater map when you buy your ticket so you don't have to arrive early or work about seats. Very nice wide, reclining seats. Food is very good but I feel over priced.”

AMC CLASSIC Pottsgrove 12

Address: 110 Upland Square Dr, Pottstown, PA 19464, USA

Movie theater

“It was a bit disappointing. The ground was in need of a vacuuming. But for 6.50 it's great to watch the latest films on a big(bigger than my home tv)screen. Also AMC theater is running a 19.95$ monthly price to watch up to 3 films a week. It's something I'm looking forward to exploiting to the fullest extent.”

Movie Tavern Exton

Movie theater Restaurant

“I love this place a lot more than is probably healthy. I have been here a number of times. I enjoy the food. Though, every time the menu is changed, they seem to take off the stuff I like, but it's not that hard to find something else anyway. The service is typically great. Every so often there's an issue (like the time I waited over an hour for tomato soup and grilled cheese), but overall, it's been great. The people are nice. The environment is nice. I'll go see movies that I don't even want to see that badly because I genuinely enjoy this place.”

Sanatoga Field

Movie theater

Shankweiler's Drive-In Theatre

Address: 4540 Shankweiler Rd, Orefield, PA 18069, USA

Movie theater

“This place is great. Wonderful place to bring the family or maybe that special someone. You get to watch 2 new movies for the price of one ticket! Its also out in the open and in a beautiful location to watch the stars while waiting for the movie to start. Once you go and see how others set up and watch the movies you will come up with ways to make yourself even more comfortable to watch a movie. Personally I take a truck and put a mattress in the back with some pillows and lay down to watch the movie. Concession stand is a little expensive but what movie Concession stand isn't. Other than that its a wonderful place to spend hours with family or loved ones. Also bring a lawn game if you have kids, there is a lot of open area for the kids to play and have fun!”

Regal Cinemas Edgmont Square 10

Address: 4777 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073, USA

Movie theater

“while I agree that the recliner seating design has made it harder to get a ticket to a movie here, and in a seat you prefer, I'm not sure I would want to go back to the old seats. Movie goers had not been going to the theaters for years and with ever increasing prices that was not going to change. However with the advent of subscription pricing models (movie pass, and now stubs A list at AMC) it may become affordable to go to the movies again. Of course in my opinion that is a double edged sword because they are built on the premise that to get your money's worth on that monthly subscription you are best served to hit up the theater often. This in turn will only make it harder to get a seat. So although I am wondering if regal will eventually offer their own subscription service or not, I am not sure whether or not it would be a good thing, especially for this location.”

The Tuttleman IMAX® Theater at The Franklin Institute

Address: 222 N 20th St, Philadelphia, PA 19103, USA

Movie theater

“Saw a 70mm print of 2001 A Space Odyssey here. The seats are in need of refurbishment and they're set too low to the ground, a specific tile is so in need of cleaning that it was distracting, a speaker or sub had come looses at rattled conspicuously, and an announcement from the projection room came as soon as the credits began to roll so the audience could be ushered out to make room for the next show. That said, the experience of seeing one of Kubrick's masterpieces on a four story 'screen' is not something I'm going to forget. Worth the price of admission and then some. Aside from the actual experience, the $15 was a welcome surprise and parking in the Franklin Institute's garage is convenient and easy to get in and out of; back to I-95 in ten minutes.”

Regal Cinemas Plymouth Meeting 10

Address: 1011 Ridge Pike, Conshohocken, PA 19428, USA

Movie theater

“Seating is excellent and very relaxing. No stiffness after lounging for the length of the movie. And I have horrible back.problems. it was a perfect evening I haven't been to a theater in a long time. I would go again without any hesitation.”

AMC Center Valley 16

Address: 2805 Center Valley Pkwy, Center Valley, PA 18034, USA

“Update: excellent service. Missed the movie due to traffic but staff was able to find us seats to next screening. Reserved seating, electric recliners, great movie experience.”

AMC Marple 10

Address: 400 S State Rd, Springfield, PA 19064, USA

Movie theater

“Extremely clean, friendly staff, the theater seats were recliner seats that you can control the back of the seat as well as the foot rest. I loved the self serve for soft drinks. This was my best experience at a movie theater .”

AMC 309 Cinema 9

Address: 1461 Bethlehem Pike, North Wales, PA 19454, USA

Movie theater

“The theater was recently renovated. It wheelchair accessible. There's a bar and a nice concession stand with coca cola machines so beverage options are endless! The staff is nice and friendly. Tickets can be purchased at a number of available machines in addition to the box office so there have not been lines when I went there. The seating is great with motorized recliners that are so very comfortable. There is plenty of room to walk along the rows and there are plenty of wheelchair accessible seating.”

Regal Cinemas Warrington Crossing 22 & IMAX

Address: 140 Easton Rd, Warrington, PA 18976, USA

Movie theater

“MASSIVE theater with tons of options. 22 screens with at least 2-3 IMAX setups (and increasing). They will be showing every movie that is on the bill and will have multiple times for all of them. As they phase movies out, they still have times every day, but often will choose odd times as they likely squeeze them in around the other movies schedules. Parking can be annoying near the theater, but the complex is huge so you will be fine!! Big tip: BUY YOUR TICKETS AHEAD OF TIME. Sure, the line for tickets can be fast occasionally, but if there is a movie premiering that night or even a few days in, you will want to pass that line that often goes out the door.”

United Artists Riverview Plaza 17 & RPX

Address: 1400 S Christopher Columbus Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19147, USA

Movie theater

“Fantastic little theater! Usual prices for food and drink, don't serve alcoholic beverages just so you know. Ticket prices are a wee bit steep compared to other theaters, but the best part is that here, YOU STILL DON'T HAVE TO PICK YOUR SEATS!!!! I almost stopped going to theaters before I found this place. I hate the idea of having to reserve tickets 2 years in advance to get good seats. Thank you so very much for keeping your seating first come, first served!”

Regal Cinemas Barn Plaza 14

Address: 1745 S Easton Rd, Doylestown, PA 18901, USA

Movie theater

“Have been going here for years. Unfortunately withy schedule I have to go to the late shows and although they are still open the snack bar is very limited as they close and clean up the area early. Would make for a better experience if I could get what I am craving when I go.”

bluett theater

Address: 56 Overlook Ave, Willow Grove, PA 19090, USA

Movie theater

“It is the best! ”

FSA

Address: 455 Franklin Mills Cir, Philadelphia, PA 19154, USA

Movie theater

AMC Woodhaven 10

Address: 1336 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020, USA

Movie theater

“Went for a family night out. We didn't order the seats in advance so we were limited to where we could get three seats together. We were left with the first row and I didn't mind but thought it might be uncomfortable. It absolutely wasn't. The reclining seats were super comfy making the movie that much more enjoyable. My only complaint would be their concession area. They were a bit understaffed which made for a long wait, especially since the 1st priority members were taken first. Also, the area near the fountain soda machines was an absolute mess. Soda all over the place. An additional staff member or manager willibg to help out would have been useful.”

Flagship Cinemas

Address: 111 Hulst Dr, Matamoras, PA 18336, USA

Movie theater

“I have to say, Flagship theatre's is so much better than the Majestic theatre it replaced. The spacious seating is comfortable. The self serve soda choices. The popcorn bucket is the best deal even if u don't go often to the movies. The reason for only 4 stars, selling tickets at the concession stand. Extremely inconvenient.”
