Kristi’s passion for what she does is evident as she guides you on your workout journey. I leave her classes both relaxed and full of positive energy. She is everything you want an need in an instructor.

(August 28, 2020, 9:35 am)Tried my first class (FOR FREE) and I absolutely loved it. Kasey is super poised and has an eye for inclusivity! My favorite part was the guided meditation at the end- so peaceful. Definitely going back!
