Ledges at Johnston

I was a tenant at the Ledges, very recently for a short duration and had a very pleasant and positive experience. The staff, particularly Mike and Randy are genuinely customer focused and go extra length to address all reasonable requests. They don't' throw the rule book at you.
The apartment I leased was totally renovated just before I moved in and therefore was really nice. The location is awesome. The neighbors were friendly. Many of them are pet owners, but manage their pets very well.
A few things to consider if you are checking out the Ledges, that the management is very aware of : In fall, expect fall leaves to brush your feet as you step out of your door step, on the first floor since there is no security entrance to the building. Also, give the local weather, covered parking option would be a nice optional add on: Today it is not.
Overall, will recommend the Ledges, especially Mike and Randy.

I love living at the Ledges at Johnston. I have fantastic neighbors, I love the amenities. The staff is fair, honest and laid back. No better place in Rhode Island to live in my opinion.

I am writing this review after my 3 months stay and we loved the apartments and neighbourhood.

Randy from leasing office is thorough professional and helped us finding the best apartment. I was about to sign the lease for other apartments and was looking at this as my final stop and Randy just presented the correct facts how it would help me if I choose this place work wise and other things and he is right.

There are few maintenance problems like shower knob etc but had been fixed right away after creating the maintenance requests.

I resided in this apartment community for over 2 years. The property is maintained very well and has awesome landscaping. There is plenty of parking and the amenities are great. Management also hosts occasional community programs/events, which is nice for socializing with fellow neighbors. The staff were great to work with and were fully responsive and prompt to any needs that I had while I resided there. I would certainly recommend The Ledges.

Easy to get to everywhere. Besides from very loud doors I’m finding it very quiet here. Beautiful pool and nice exercise equipment. Love the view from my balcony. Happy!
