  I called Jim in service when my 2018 Jeep would not start one morning. He let me know to get it right in and he would check it out for me without hesitation. He was very friendly and warm when I called (which was around 7:30am). He was quick to figure out what the issue was with the vehicle, got me a loaner while it was being fixed (Even through it was not a warranty issue), and that was that. I really appreciated how welcoming Jim was, as I have not always had that experience at dealerships when service is needed.

  I met with Marcy. She is knowledgeable about cars and by listening to what I was looking for she quickly identified a vehicle which met all my specifications and budget. She also is personable, courteous, efficient. While I still am considering other vehicles, I highly recommend her. I have been purchasing cars since 1963. She is the best informed, most pleasant, most intelligent vehicle sales person I have ever dealt with in those 57 years of dealing with car sales personnel.

  I cannot say enough good things about my last experience with the service department at Tasca. I had previously been going somewhere else, and booked my inspection/oil change here because of their availability on Saturdays. Their online service appointment booking system was super easy and convenient to use as well. It’s always a gamble going to bigger dealerships/service centers because you never know what you’re going to get from the people who work there or what you’ll get charged before leaving. I’m glad I gave them a chance, because the customer service was outstanding and the oil change was cheaper than the other shop I was using. I was welcomed, treated with respect, and not left ignored in the waiting room. I was even given some tips and suggestions, and wasn’t charged for something I thought I needed but wasn’t going to get (which I thought was very cool and polite - some places will take you for every dime you’ve got and charge for every minor thing wrong). I witnessed several customers in person and over the phone giving the women at the service desk a hard time, and instead of being frustrated or getting angry back, they handled it gracefully and professionally. My car was handled with care and I was happy to see it parked, washed, and ready to go on schedule. I will be using them for any repairs and routine checkups my beloved Fiat needs in the future, and if you’re in need of service I suggest you call them up and pay them a visit too.

  When I got there I was greeted by the smiling face of Kayla. She assisted me with what I was there for in a very professional and courteous manner. Offered me coffee which was very nice. The wait to check in and the servicing of my car was very short, which was great. While there I was able to check out the 2019 Dodge Hellcat, wow!! When my car was done Kayla explained to me, in detail, what was done and what was needed to be done. I will definitely bring my car back for what needs to be corrected. I would definitely recommend your company.

  I have had great service, so far with my new Jeep at Tasca. They have answered all of my questions and accommodated my schedule. They always provide a realistic time table and they have been able to maintain that so far. The waiting area is nice and the coffee, water, snacks are also a plus if you need or want them. Its a clean service dept, very modern. The site is easy on and off the highway. Thanks for a great start!
