(October 14, 2019, 10:30 am)Started going to these guys for a few things over the last month (ignition interlock install/servicing state inspections/emissions) and they have been excellent every time. Service was quick and reliable. When my car failed the state inspection/ emissions, the guys told me exactly what needed to be done and showed me the specifics of why, and did so in a friendly, not condescending way. Will definitely be going back and recommending this shop to my friends, these guys are good mechanics and trustworthy.

The shop is clean, pricing is competitive and they do a great job of replacing a tire in a short amount of time. I have used Broadway Tire and Town Fair in the past and they do not even compare to Tire Pros. Thanks to John and Matt and to the entire staff.
(July 26, 2019, 7:41 pm)Mike was great! Spoke with him on the phone yesterday and he was just as polite and friendly in person. My car was going to take hours to get done because I had several parts that needed to be replaced and I didn't have a ride home. Mike was able to give me a ride home and he also updated me immediately letting me know my car also needed another part. When I sounded stressed because it was a lot of money, Mike did everything he could to get the price lower for me by using coupons and reward points. I am so grateful! This was my first time here but not my first time with Larry as my mechanic. Larry is always very honest and does amazing work, in the 8-10 years that Larry has been fixing my vehicle I have never had a problem. I will definitely be back. Top notch service from these 2 men right here. Thank you for making my first experience here wonderful!!
