Excellent service provided by Barbara in the sales department. She was thorough and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend seeing her for future purchases.The Recon department deserves a 1, as they were not nearly as efficient. My car needed to be sent back in for cleaning and then needed vacuuming after bringing it home.
If you want a relaxed atmosphere without unrelenting pressure, then visit Majestic Honda. Everyone was very pleasurable, especially, Katrina who made my buying experience very positive. Usually dread comes to mind when you set out to buy a new car, but Barbara made our car buying experience amazing, quick, and painless. Barbara is not your typical car salesperson. She is knowledgeable, honest, patient, and has a great sense of humor. After going to four other dealers, Barbara got us the best price. She took the time to make sure the car was the right fit for us and we were happy. We highly recommend Barbara.
After visiting another dealership with a really rude salesperson, visiting Majestic and talking with Trisha was a breath of fresh air. She was knowledgeable but not pushy. Everything went over smoothly. My check engine light came on about a week later and the dealership was easy to work with in getting a repair done. The service department has been so friendly and easy to deal with. I’ve never bought a car from a “big dealership” before so I’m happy to have these pleasant experiences so far!
