Trust The Process

Trust the Process is an absolutely wonderful place to go. I always look forward to my appointments there. The staff is professional and helpful. The facility is clean and very welcoming. I have been going here for quite some time now and have been making great progress. I highly recommend Trust the Process to anyone looking for couseling

Sheila is one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. She is non judgemental, compassionate and just a wonderful person to be around. She works around your schedule to make sure you can be seen. The office is always clean and welcoming. I have been to a few therapists myself and been through quite a few other ones with my boyfriend and she is by far the best person I've had to spill my problems with. She conversates but also asks you what you want to work on. If the world had more counselors like her it would be a lot better off.
