(December 6, 2018, 1:27 pm)This is my home Church. Very down to earth folks, very welcoming. For a small church, it has a great deal of Charter, as though it has been lifted out of Britain and set into New England. The church is 90 something years old built in 1924 , broke off from Saint Paul's and Pawtucket Rhode Island. The Rector there father Dennis, is very down-to-earth and humble man, and ready to listen to the needs of his congregation, in his sermons he tries to reflect everyday life and struggles of individuals. This is the church for old and new, it's embraces, traditional Church seasons and festivals, combined with enthusiasm and strong leadership. Services are from 8 a.m. first service with no music, to 10 a.m. with both choir organ and piano. Wednesdays at noon for healing and communion service. The healing prayer, and laying on of hands combined with the full Eucharist Service. There is Pantry, Bread of Life Ministry, for those who having struggles with finances in providing food for the families, along with lunch, and evening dinner, Fellowship with trips for bowling. Please contact Church for times on lunch and dinners. This is the church to grow into, regardless of your church background, be it a lapsed Catholic, or that you left the church when you were a child and familiar with the Episcopalians, or from a fundamentalist Evangelical, or whatever your background might be. Communion, The Lord's Table, is given to anyone baptized. Any other sacraments, are given upon request and counseling from the Rector. Again this is a church to grow with, and to deepen your commitment Journey with God.
