“3/10/2020 A young lady in the drive thru around 12:15pm today who made my coffee was so polite and helpful! I gave her some confusing instructions on how to make this new style of coffee I decided to try and it came out a bit differently than I thought. (Med. Iced mocha, not too much mocha, xx, with coconut and almond pumps) She remade it for me even though it was technically what I asked for! She altered it just slightly with a little more mocha and it came out perfectly!
