(December 16, 2019, 3:01 pm)I have AAA so the towing was free for me. Knox Towing was the towing company that came out. They arrived on the exact time they said 2:11 on the dot! The driver was professional, courteous, neat, clean and cheerful. He knew exactly where to tow the car. The car went to my professional Volvo mechanic (C B Impprts LLC, 184 Danielson Pike, Foster, RI). The Knox tow truck was new and clean. The whole experience was not stressful at all.
(November 16, 2018, 12:11 am)Chris was remarkably courteous and professional despite the nasty weather and very challenging job. He towed my SUV out of the valley on side of Absolona Hill Rd...my car was literally at a 45 degree with the passenger side tires about three feet deep in snow and mud. So humble and kind...top notch service! Highly recommend!
(January 28, 2018, 9:31 pm)Knox recently came out for a AAA tow on our vehicle. They were very prompt, polite, and extremely professional. AAA quoted us the incorrect pricing and they immediately called AAA for us after they left to correct the sitation which I found incredibly impressive. I would definitely use them again based on that small gesture let alone the excellent service!
