The Home Depot

I had an experience at this Home Depot today where a worker by the name of Frank went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to purchase a mirror that I had been looking for. We initially could not find the mirror, but Frank continued looking after I had exited the store and actually walked out toward the parking lot to let me know that he had found it. Frank, if you’re reading this, you made my whole day! Everyone should look to you as an example of what great customer service looks like!

Shout out to Frank in the paint department for the outstanding customer service today. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my goals for my projects and helped me pick the right products to gets the job done. I know it’s just painting but it’s a whole new language to me. He definitely took the time to explain the products to me so I can make the best decisions. I have many projects coming up and I will be returning! I wish there was a Frank in every department !

I had an excellent experience shopping there yesterday and a young associate there by the name of “Lilly” went above and beyond to help me with an out of stock item and redirected me to something better at a discount. I will be back
