    Great old historic Catholic Church. Known as the Sistine Chapel of North America. Has wonderful frescoes using lots of pastels. No longer a sanctuary but is available for events

    This spot is amazingly beautiful, and the tour guide was fantastic--knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Not only is the space an artistic delight for the eyes and the mind, you learn a lot about Rhode Island and Woonsocket history just by learning about the church. If you are visiting Rhode Island, don't miss it!

    Our son's wedding ceremony was held here. The building is magnificent and the staff is incredible. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone's comfortable and knows what to do.

    No need to fly to Rome or Florence. Magnificent frescos are right here in our own backyard. Truly breathtaking!
