(September 3, 2017, 7:20 am)called yesterday and told him i had romex and other insulated wire. he told me the prices over the phone. went down there an hour later and he weighed the wire separately and paid what he quoted. no issues and i felt i was paid fairly. i used to go to providence but hes closed now. this place is closer , honest and the scale is accurate.

I called ahead for prices, which were very fair.
The staff helped unload my truck for me, and weighed everything in front of me.
And the whole time they maintained a friendly, yet professional manner.
Yard and building areas were VERY clean and organized
(December 6, 2012, 10:32 am)I have been a scrapper all my life, i have been to all the local scrap recycling places in Rhode island. I used to go to one place for years and years, until i found these guys in woonsocket. Every time i go, i know i am getting treated fair and my weights are always on. I had a problem in the past with other scrap metal companies, where they tell you a high price then they try to give you less weight on your material. I have never had that problem at L&R. I weigh my stuff and go down their they tell me the price and it always comes out accurate. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank-you
