“I've done business here for several years. Yes, it is an older establishment that provides a valuable service to our community. There are expectations you have some knowledge of why you are there and not just walk in asking for random "stuff". It's a smaller shop with not a lot of space to "handout" so I'd suggest you call ahead, during the week, to get questions clarified before you arrive.
