“This place is nothing short of amazing. I used them a few years ago and had zero complaints, so when my new car (of 2 months!) was involved in a hit & run recently they were the first shop I thought of! Jessica was so sweet and helpful. You can tell she truly loves her job and cares about her clients. She answered any and all questions I had, and addressed every concern I had regarding the damages. I would call every couple days and she gladly gave me updates on my car. Another friendly and helpful employee was Jenn. She greeted me upon arrival and made me feel at ease. Having your car damaged is stressful enough so everyone at this shop definitely tries to take that away and make the process as easy as possible. Jessica and Jenn are the only employees I was able to interact with and catch their names but I’m sure everyone else there is like that too. When it was time to pick up my car I literally cried… it was beautiful! So shiny, everything aligned, no overspray, you wouldn’t even be able to tell my whole back door was replaced. They even detailed the outside and inside of the car. Crown Collision truly exceeds all expectations. They will always be my first choice for repairs and I will always recommend them to anyone. The only downfall is sometimes their waitlist is long but that’s just because of how awesome they are and how great the service is! I’m so thankful to them for taking such good care of me and my vehicle.”

“Everyone here was so professional and courteous. I dealt with a receptionist, a girl who started my polish removal, and then Jerry who did my nails. Jerry was so patient and listened to my requests. I had come here after receiving a very poorly done manicure somewhere else, and he was able to get my nails looking presentable again! His attention to detail was amazing and he made great conversation. He was an absolute delight and I can’t wait to come back. Make sure to make an appointment before going by the way. I made one and was taken right away, but they were very busy and I noticed those who didn’t have an appointment had to wait a bit. Shown in the photos is my acrylic set with tips and gel polish.”

The estimate was competitive and the job was well done. They removed several layers of old roofing and removed and replaced a skylight. All the employees, as well as Julia, the on sight manager and Shane, the owner, were friendly and respectful. The employees worked well beyond the routine hours to get the job completed in one day. They were neat and efficient in their clean-up. I would definitely use this company again and have no reservations in referring them.
