“One of the best experiences by far. The managers at the Woonsocket location were extremely helpful! I called in 15 minutes before they closed to buy a lock and Mike offered to stay a few minutes late so I could get there which was extremely kind of him! I also enjoyed the fact that I not only had options in pricing, but options available in location of their units (depending on availability). Also, they were experiencing some paving when I was moving in and the paving company was extremely helpful with letting me get in and out without ruining my vehicle! Wish I could remember their name to give them a shout out too! I’d recommend this company for their efficiency, helpfulness, and great customer service!”
