Suncity has been amazing when it comes to helping me with my pets! They staff there are very welcoming and answer any questions I may have. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone who needs a vet who is personable, welcoming, and has a love for animals!
This is hands down the best vet I have ever been to! The location was convenient. The staff was SUPER welcoming. The ladies at the front counter were so laid back (yet still professional) I came in as a walk in and was taken back immediately. I think we only waited about 15 minutes for the doctor. He was prompt and professional. Super chill. He didn't try to sell me everything they had, or any of that extra stuff that usually happens with an unexpected vet visit. Dani was the bomb. She seemed to be very knowledgeable. She gave quick comfort and solutions to ensure we could care for my boy, as well as explaing and assisting with different payment options. She was thorough with explaing the medications and even gave him a small can of wet food once she found out he wasn't eating his dry food. (He smashed it by the way).
They took all the pain out of a typical "emergency" vet visit. I will never take my babies anywhere else. So happy I found them.
Thanks y'all!!
This was a pleasant experience, I was very greatful to get a same day appointment! I would definitely them for your fur baby. However they are a bit pricey so just be prepared.
I think this is a case of you get what you pay for and for our four-legged friends, it is worth it!!
Open 7 days a week.
Open all day.
Knowledgeable doctors that don't push anything seemingly unnecessary. The longest I have had to wait for an appointment was 90 minutes from the time of my call and it came with such a sincere apology from the woman who answered the phone. I find everyone here to be incredibly kind and thorough.
I visited this clinic with my grandmother about a month ago. My grandmother, who suffers from Alzheimer's, made an appointment for her pup to get her yearly rabies and heartworm test. Well, while we were there, Grandma was in the mood of managing all of the ins and outs of an office visit by herself. Essentially, she wanted me to sit back and let her take care of things. This eventually led my grandmother, sadly, into a meltdown. She just couldn't handle the process of paperwork, understanding prices, and keeping control of her pup. The staff there were all so kind and understanding with her. They were also so patient! What ended up happening? Well, I had Grandma's pup in one arm, and a sobbing grandma in the other arm there in their lobby. I needed to take Grandma to the car, but I also needed to make sure that the pup had what she needed. So the staff kindly took care of Grandma's pup, while I took care of Grandma. They were so gentle with Grandma's frazzled pup, and so patient with a emotional me. We've been looking for a good vet. We have not only Grandma's pup, but also two very sweet pups of our own. I'm happy to say, that I think we found our forever vet.
