She called me and together her and I dealt with Austin who did an absolutely fantastic job providing her with all of the information that she needed backed up and transferred to the new phone. The detail that he went over with her to hell her fully understand the functions of her new phone really stood out. The whole experience for my daughter and I was extremely pleasant and will be back again when I choose to update to a newer model of iPhone...

Very patient, thorough, and transparent about the value of the products being purchased. I am beyond satisfied with my new IPhone 12 and IPad purchases. Austin made the wait and buying experience worthwhile.
