I must be at a different KFC than the reviewers before me giving this place 1-2 stars. Every experience I've had here in the last 6 months has been top notch. The service is prompt and courteous. The cashier is always friendly. They'll even bring you your tray with a smile. This is certainly better than ANY of the KFCs I've been too on the west coast! Some have complained about the soda machine needing to be cleaned-up and wiped. Maybe, but people are slobs and expect the workers here to be at their beckon call and have the place pristine. Please. People need to take responsibility and cleanup their own messes. Workers here are very nice and have always gone out of their way to make us happy. Great job, keep up the good work!”

“I visit this particular Dollar tree very often. Is normally clean and well-stocked. This visit was no exception, except for Christmas cards. I realize that everyone goes these days to Dollar tree just purchase cards and so I can only blame myself for going a little late this year. they had all the cards selection that I needed, with the exception of grandson cards. I couldn't even find a section for grandson cards, which suggests that there weren't any from the start. However I did purchase all the other things I normally by there, which include cleaning supplies and personal health items. I'm glad this resource is nearby. It is a real asset to my life.”

“Stephen was the best waiter I have had in anywhere in a long time. He was knowledgeable of the menu, area and meats. After explaining it was our first time to a Jim & Nick's he cheerfully went over the menu describing each item and answering our questions then made his on recommendations. He was exceptionally patient with my daughter. The food was awesome. We enjoyed everything we ordered and those muffins. Then for the establishment itself the building was very well decorated and laid out. It was a week after eating there I realized it was a chain.”

I have had many years' experience with him, and I feel blessed to be able to continue to receive my primary care from him. I also appreciate all the wonderful services for holistic whole-body treatment provided here at this facility, especially acupuncture therapy. “I can't say enough good things about The Blake at Edgewater. My parents had been living there together for a little while but unfortunately we had to move my father in to Memory Care and my mother in to a smaller assisted living suite. I spent the last eleven days there getting their rooms ready and settled in. I can attest to how fantastic the staff is - everyone knows my parents well and they are so attentive to them. They get a ton of care, whether it is bringing the medicine, making the beds, nursing, you name it. The interior design of the place is lovely - the reception and dining areas look more like a four star hotel than a retirement home. They have large courtyards for both the assisted living and Memory Care sides with big fountains in them and plenty of places to sit. The food is terrific, too. One lunch we had salmon cooked perfectly with a lobster/brandy cream sauce, with roasted potatoes and plenty of roasted vegetables on the side. A dessert at one meal was a compote that had huge, fresh blackberries in it. They also offer plenty for the residents to do, including having a piano player come in, movie trips, etc. I would definitely recommend this place highly and feel my parents are in excellent care.
