  Great experience from the moment you walk in. Courteous reception with digital check-in. The facility is clean. The Health professionals are knowledgeable and friendly willing to listen to the patient and answer any questions. Highly recommend CareSpot West Pines location.

  I was very pleased with my experience at CareSpot located in West Pines. The staff is not only very professional, but very courteous and friendly. The physician was exceptional. I highly recommend CareSpot for your urgent care needs or children’s physicals and sports related physicals as well.

  I went to have a Covid test ,since I was exposed, they treated me with efficacy, starting with the reception, even though I did not have an appointment it took less than 30 minutes to complete the test and the Doctor's check up.
  The nurse was also very kind and delicate doing the test. I was notify with the results sooner than expected, they sent me a message on my phone as well as to my email.
  Very pleased and happy with CareSpot Urgent Care.

  I love Carespot Urgent Care. Our family has been patients ever since this location first opened. We love the doctors and nurses because they always take their time with the patients and are very professional. I never feel rushed there and always get all my questions answered. There's never a long wait time, and I really like that you can make same day appointments easily over the phone or online.
