Ray arrived early than the appointed time, which was great in itself and extremely professional. Ray was thorough in his assessment and answered all questions pleasantly. (June 30, 2022, 1:56 pm)Isaac came to my home to drain and inspect my water heater and to diagnose a squeaking sound from one of my toilets. Isaac was prompt, thorough and exceedingly professional. The work was done conscientiously. He completed the jobs, correcting the problems and making sure I understood all aspects of the process. He also explained all work that might be required in the future and the costs of these jobs.

In making the initial appointment for these services, I spoke with Abby at the main office. She was upbeat, positive and left me smiling as I completed the appointment process.

(June 17, 2022, 3:06 pm)I called a little after 7 am and went directly to a live person who immediately gathered the information necessary to initiate the service call. She was able to provide me with an immediate estimate of the technician's arrival.
Isaac and his assistant arrived fifteen minutes before the scheduled time and had actually diagnosed the issue and necessary repair by the time I arrived ten minutes after they got to my home. Pricing was straightforward, an explanation of why the leak occurred was provided, and they got to work in less than five minutes after I signed the electronic authorization.
There was absolutely NOTHING to complain about from beginning to end. I cannot begin to say enough about the level of service and professionalism of everyone involved. It was a perfect customer service experience.
(January 21, 2022, 2:05 pm)Carter Quality Plumbing was able to replace our hot water heater 5 days before other plumbing companies I spoke to. Todd and Brenton were dispatched to our home to replace out broken hot water heater. Todd and Brenton arrived on time and were professional, friendly and efficient. They explained what they were doing and why. Todd and Brenton worked together quite nicely and cleaned up when they were done. Couldn't be happier with their work. I would highly recommend Carter Quality Plumbing
