“Lea was FANTASTIC!! She was very fast and efficient, and had polite, pleasant conversational skills. She worked with my daughter who is on the Autism spectrum and was very nervous about a braid that she recieved on vacation being removed, but Lea made the process a quick, and pleasant one for us.... I cannot say the same about the stylist that helped me. I did not catch her name, as she did not bother introducing herself to me. After being lectured about my choice to not remove all of my damaged hair (I am not quite ready to go that short and that should be a personal choice anyway), I continued to be lectured about my hair color choice and how I should not be using it. I tried to explain that it is a non-damaging color and she continued to (while absolutely DRIPPING with sarcasm) grill me with questions like "Oh really, does it contain peroxide??, does it contain ammonia??", etc. (For the record, no, Lime Crime does not contain any harmful chemicals) at which point I asked to end the appointment and she stated "Well, you asked for my opinion the minute you sat in my chair". I was so upset and ready to leave when Lea swooped in and asked if I wanted her to take a look at my hair. She trimmed it to a length that I was happy with and it feels SO much healthier. She really saved the day and I just wanted to shout her out because she deserves it!!!! 👏😁”
