(May 24, 2019, 11:56 am)Great home cooking, family owned and operated, fast service, limited selection. Local honey available. It's a shame they stopped serving lunch. They will still cater your lunch for a minimum head count. If you like oysters in the shell, they can order them for you. These are gulf oysters from Leavins Seafood, and they are clean and giant and some of the best I've ever had.

For twenty people, we ordered bourbon maple glazed chicken, potato casserole, pork barbecue, coleslaw, and bread.The hot food arrived hot and cold food arrived cold - Right on time and a very generous amount of food. My guests thought all the food was tasty. I recommend them.

(February 5, 2018, 1:21 pm)Such a fantastic local eatery! My friend had the chicken salad cold plate and a bowl of vegetable soup and I had the pimento bacon burger. Everything was clearly fresh and homemade and delicious. Quality is definitely served in abundance here! We will certainly be making this a regular stop for lunches.
