Denise Hauser and Shannon Cole are PHENOMENAL. Finding a home in this market, then navigating the buyer/seller transaction is far from easy. But these two women had our best interests every step of the way. Denise helped our family look for a home for 18 months. We didn’t need to move, but were ready for the next step and had very specific requirements in finding our dream home. Even though we had almost given up, Denise was never deterred; when the right property came along, she convinced us it was worth a look. And we are so glad that we did! Denise’s energy, knowledge of the ever-changing industry, and thoughtfulness got us our dream home.

Shannon Cole listed our old home and handled all the challenges with grace and (at least to us) ease. She knew our end goal and confidently coached us through decisions. She kept her cool, even when we were on the edge of forgoing it all. Shannon and Denise have an endless supply of contractors ready to help with the items that need taken care of prior to closing. They are miracle workers.

Through it all, Denise and Shannon were wonderful. They genuinely cared about us and our well-being throughout the process. We are forever grateful to them and their relentless energy and support!

We were fortunate to have gotten a referral from a co-worker to the Carolina Dream Team. Specifically, Jeremy Langley. Jeremy was super responsive, but was also proactive in helping us find a house. He toured us through the Rock Hill and York areas that we targeted. If he wasn't available for us to see a house, he arranged for somebody else from the team to do the showing. We did much of our search remotely prior to our move. Jeremy would personally visit houses we were interested in and even sent videos from those visits. Once we chose our house(new construction), Jeremy contacted the builder for us to address all questions. I would definitely use Jeremy again.
