  Lori did a wonderful class for our Brownie troop. Everyone learned so much and had a great time. I would definitely recommend!

  My son attended yoga classes with Dawn and he loved them! She was able to engage a very active 4 year old boy in a fun movement based yoga session. She helped him with active listening, learning some breathing to calm his body, and yoga postures which he loves to randomly show off! And bonus it all help with his postural control and fine motor development! Thank you!

  My daughter really enjoyed a teen girl's class with Movement, Mindfulness, and Me. It was a really different experience for her, and it helped her think through things positively. It was fun to see her stretch her mind after class in the ways the instructor encouraged. We stay busy, and I know she enjoyed that hour of peace each week.

  My 10 year old daughter and I had a wonderful experience with Movement, Mindfulness and Me and Dawn! After the first class I asked her how it went and she said "I wish I could just stay in there forever!" Dawn has a very calming and accepting personality that makes it easy for kids to connect and feel safe in her classes. This class helped my anxious girl increase the tools she needs to both get to sleep at night and to help pull herself out of a tailspin when she gets worked up. Just a wonderful course all around!

  My daughter wanted to take yoga as part of her after school enrichment program and she is really enjoying it. She says it helps to calm her down if she's had an especially hectic day. She loves to teach me her new poses when she gets home so I can be calm too. :-)
