    I came in due to constant headaches and upper back pain. Dr.D’Acierno helped me understand the issues I was having and provide me with the proper treatments. I really appreciate the fact that she truly cares for her patients and really takes her time to help you. I been to a few different chiropractors and no one compares to Dr. D, I highly highly recommend her!

    I first found Dr. Kane about two years ago thanks to referrals on the Tega Cay Mom's FB page, and I'm so glad I did! The recent addition of Dr. Dayna D'Acierno ("Dr. D") is an added bonus as she is very thorough and has a great touch, especially with muscle work as I'm a tennis player. 100% recommend the Kane Chiropractic team!

    Dr. Kane and his staff are excellent. They are very professional, but with a personal touch. Their therapeutic methods really helped me with my recovery from my lower back injury.

    I have been using chiropractic care for 22 years and Dr. Kane is by far the best. He truly cares about his patients well being and is always up to date with the latest and best techniques. Very accommodating and excellent care!!
