  I want to thank Kelsey and Dani helping with my knee replacement rehab. I am having the other knee replaced hopefully in December I will be back!!

  Kelsey is very professional and pleasant to her patients. She is knowledgeable and explains in detail the exercises and expectations. I recommend Kelsey for her expertise in this field.

  Couldn't be happier to have found Kelsey and Select. We finally have hope that our daughter will get the help she needs to get back her quality of life. Over 3 years and every doctor you can imagine. Finally someone who understands her issues (EDS and POTs) has a plan and is giving us hope - giving my daughter hope!

  Terry is a pleasure to work with especially with the obvious skill of my current problem and need for therapy. Eight visits and my elbow problem disappeared. Her personality is added advantage working with Select.

  I was referred to Select Physical Therapy after seeing a back surgeon about pain in my lower back. He took x-rays and found that I have a degenerative disk in my back around my belt line resulting in a lot of stiffness in my lower back after sitting for long periods or sleeping.
  
  I was assigned to Monica Vasquez at Select Physical Therapy. She showed me many exercises for stretching my lower back and for strengthening my core. She said the key for avoiding back pain is was to strengthen the core muscles - abs and lower back muscles. She was very thorough in her treatment, always asking how I was doing when starting a session and after each exercise. She also massaged by back and stretched it when I came to a session in pain. She is so knowledgeable and very kind.
  
  Lastly, Select Physical provides each client an area on their website just for them, where the exercises they assign to you are posted. Each exercise is posted as a short video so you can refer back to it to see how the exercise is done. The website is accessible after your therapy has been completed. I highly recommend Select Physical Therapy.
