    Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable. I highly recommend Gold Hill Emergency Department! The wait was amazingly short and the staff was excellent. Caitlin was my husband's nurse, and she was so very patient, professional and kind. I can't say enough great things about these folks! Thank you so very much!

    I was given the most excellent care at the gold Hill Piedmont ER! I had had a migraine that I could not shake for the first time ever. I did not have to wait long at all in the waiting area. The triage nurse took excellent care of me. She was very professional and had an amazing bedside manner. Dr. Martin was very sweet and patient and attentive. He took the time to listen to my concerns and also considered my feedback and thoughts Regarding my treatment. I was given care and treatment very quickly and when it was time to be discharged home the process was also very quick. The building looked very clean and tidy. I am so impressed with every person that I encountered from the patient access to security to nurse and physician. I will absolutely go there again in the future.

    I had to bring my 10 month old daughter in for a possible nursemaid’s elbow. It was scary for both of us and my first trip to the ER with one of my children. We had a short wait time, friendly receptionist, sweet nurses, and a prompt and efficient doctor. My little princess was re-set and using her arm again in minutes. The whole affair took less then an hour! Thank you so much! Will drive from Rock Hill gladly, but hopefully not for a while!!

    I have never written a review but the care we received for my daughter tonight is worth writing about!! Our nurse Eric was fabulous and made our daughter very comfortable in what could have been a very uncomfortable situation! We appreciate his bedside manner so much & wish him the very best as he finishes his nurse practitioner degree!!

    Outstanding experience! Everyone from Check-in to Nursing staff to Techs to Doctor was kind, supportive and knowledgeable. A trip to the ER is never fun, but the staff did everything to assist me and treat me with respect. Clean facility and efficient staff.
